We keep your personal information in your client files or electronically. These files are accessible to authorised personnel only and are appropriately secured and subject to confidentiality requirements.
Personal information is treated as confidential information and sensitive information is treated as highly confidential.
We keep all personal information and records for a period of 7 years. Should you cease to be a client of ours, we will maintain your personal information on or off-site in a secure manner for 7 years. After this, the information will be destroyed.

Jaquillard Minns takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that the personal information we collect, use and disclose is accurate, complete and up-to-date. To ensure we can maintain this level of accuracy and completeness, we recommend that you:

If you provide inaccurate or incomplete information we may not be able to provide you with the services you are seeking.

We don't usually collect unsolicited personal information. Where we receive unsolicited personal information, we'll determine whether or not it would have been permissible to collect that personal information if it had been solicited. If we determine that collection would not have been permissible, to the extent permitted by law, we'll destroy or de-identify that personal information as soon as practicable.

You can access and update your personal information by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We may charge a reasonable administration fee for this access.
11. Complaints about privacy
If you have any complaints about our privacy practices, please feel free to send in details of your complaints to Jaquillard Minns, GPO Box 1215, Adelaide 5001. We take complaints very seriously and will respond shortly after receiving written notice of your complaint.
When you come on to our website we may collect certain information such as browser type, operating system, website visited immediately before coming to our site, etc. This information is used in an aggregated manner to analyse how people use our site, such that we can improve our service.

Our site has links to other websites not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for these sites or the consequences of you going on to those sites.
