David Minns


David holds a Bachelor of Economics degree and a Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investment. He has extensive experience gained from positions with KPMG and Pannell Kerr Forster where he specialised in taxation consulting and business advisory services. A founding partner in Jaquillard Minns, and founding shareholder and director of SuperGuardian, David has successfully assisted families and businesses across Australia.

As a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants, the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA) and the Taxation Institute of Australia, David is eminently qualified to provide high level strategic advice in areas such as superannuation, tax, finance and investment.

David’s expertise revolves around a holistic view of wealth management with his industry specific experience covering taxation, superannuation, investment management, property investment and development and professional practices. He has a special interest in charitable foundations and has successfully established and served on the boards of some of South Australia’s largest and most prominent philanthropic institutions.

Currently David gives his time as a board member to the Pembroke Foundation, the Fay Fuller Foundation, the Wyatt Benevolent Institution and Ngeringa Arts. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, gardening, jazz and attending Adelaide Symphony Orchestra performances.
