We are fortunate to have on our team Rick Lovell, who has been involved in the hospitality industry in various roles for many years. Rick, who is on the Board of the Australian Hotels Association, consults to owners of hospitality venues on matters ranging from taxation to profit management, operations, valuations, purchases and sales.
Recent engagements include advice in relation to capital gains tax on the disposal of a hotel lease, and the optimal structure to use for an acquisition to reduce capital gains tax in the future.
