THE STUDY MISSION

Our study missions are primarily focused on identifying opportunities to increase profitability by establishing operations in the Philippines. They are tailored to suit the particular needs and industry of the attendees.

The study trip provides attendees with an insight into the business, political and cultural environment and the opportunities that exist.

Included in our busy schedule are visits to Australian owned businesses in Manila, introductions to other Australian business people and networks in Manila relevant to your business, and attendance at presentations regarding all operational, regulatory, legal and logistical aspects of establishing business in the Philippines. Our schedule allows time to interview potential candidates to determine the suitability for your business.

We will examine and visit examples of the different models for doing business in the Philippines, including establishing your own independent entity, to seat leasing and serviced office options. We will also consider recruitment, systems integration, training and culture.

 Two full days of seminars, meetings, office inspections
 Free time in Manila or schedule interviews with potential staff (at extra cost)
 Cost $4,000 plus GST, per person
